This is stupid. Like why couldn't they just expand or continue the story of Mirror's Edge? Why did they have to nuke it and start over from zero? It's not like there was a labyrinth of continuity they had to excise in order to tell a sensible story. It was ONE GAME.

I read that anyways haven't played the game that supposedly stated that. either way nintendo put out an official time line. so its not reboots and final fantasy doesn't really do reboots either. each game is a completely different world usually with completely different characters. --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
