I used to use BCAAs. On paper they're minimally good for you, but I didn't notice any difference using them and I drastically simplified my supplement usage a few years back so I don't buy them anymore. You'll get a complete amino acid profile just from ingesting protein.

Unless you have a deficiency theres no reason to take supplements. All youre doing is creating expensive urine.

Whey protein is convenient, creatine gives certifiable performance boosts in quantities you cannot get from eating meat, and fish oil helps with joint and heart health.
