I can tolerate the small ones in light numbers on pizza, but beyond that, absolutely not. Same with green ones.

Olives are great, as a snack, or used in cooking.

a bit salty but otherwise make lots of foods better, and are great on their own in small amounts

By black olive I'm going to assume you mean oxidized black olives, which are essentially ruined olives.

Im not a huge fan of regular olives to begin with, but I abide them in foods and appreciate the flavors they add in certain dishes. Olive oil is great.

Black olives are absolutely disgusting to me though. I will not eat them.
