Is there anything I can do for this? She won't put any weight on it. The problem is she is an active af dog, she needs to run, so it needs to heal quick. I've honestly never seen a pad have a big cut in it, dunno what she did it on. I feel bad right now seeing her limp like crazy

Clean wound, wrap in bandage

If it's a really big wound and is actively bleeding I'd say take the dog to a vet for stitches.

There isn't really much blood, but I may have found what did it, found a broken piece of glass right beside the house

And the problem is the vet is closed for the day today

At the very least you should clean out and dress the wound so it doesn't get infected. If you don't feel confident in your ability to do so, get her to a vet. If it's on her paw pad, think of all the opportunities it will have to pick something up with every step she takes.

Are you in a rural area? There should be an emergency vet you can take her to if you live in a fairly populated place. At the very least disinfect and bandage until you can take her to one.

Yeah I live out in the middle of nowhere, so yeah I'll need to do something tonight before I can get her checked out at one

You're not a vet and can't guarantee there won't be an infection. Go to the vet.
