The main problem here is, they dont get blacklisted at all. James Deen did an interview about this and complained that it was very hard to find top talent who would do interracial scenes. You can refuse to work with anyone you want for any reason and there will still be 50 other directors lined up begging for a contract.

It is the opposite they are one of the few that pay women more. It is them and some guy named Jules.
