I'd be surprised if Minwu got a ton of support from mobile games. Helps people be aware his design is good but yeah.

He's not in Exvius and while he's in Record Keeper he's not like overpowered or anything (though quite viable), nor is he the kinda guy you'd accidentally get items for as he doesn't tend to appear on non-FF2 banners meaning if you're drawing for his items you probably are doing it because you're already a Minwu fan.
