Overlooking the fact that very few people in the US develop scurvy despite most people not eating oranges or drinking OJ on a regular basis, I'm not sure any credible medical professional prescribes marijuana as a preventative measure for cancer. As it is, it's not approved as a medical treatment at all in many places

They just legalized Medical Marajuana in my state of Illinois a few years ago. But it is only for severe cases.

I like Oranges actually. I just don't care for smoking. And if you can't stand that then you are a jerk.

I don't care how you ingest it. Vitamin C prevents scurvy and cures it.

THC and CBD from cannabis has been shown to kill cancer cells. It stands to reason that it also prevents it. I'm not saying everyone should be high all the time but mild consumption is most likely very beneficial.

Edibles are a LOT more potent than just smoking it because your body basically metabolizes it twice when it goes through your liver.

Though its nothing like actually smoking. Tbh Id rather smoke than eat edibles.

Also in Illinois habitual Pot is illegal. And it's illegal in a lot of states here in the U.S.A. So I would be careful about who you talk to about that habit.

Are you talking about the 11 month old baby? Because that incident isnt really a case of an overdose like the headline made it seem.

Do you not drink coffee because of caffeine overdoses? Do you not drink alcohol because a shit ton of people have died from alcohol poisoning? Lets be consistent with our reasoning here.
