Me too! Im seeing a hair stylist Ive never seen before but he had great pics of balayage on his site. I hope he can do it nicely for me. Im a bit worried tbh. My stylist isnt great at it so I had to find someone else. This guy was booked weeks in advance so I figure that must be a good sign.

The office party is supposed to be semi professional. Not the time to try out something revealing. You will be talked about negativity afterwards.

Avoid excessively tight and revealing dresses.

I thought the same thing until I went to the one we had last year. Pretty much every dress was short and tight lol. But I agree the one in the OP is too much. I am hoping the ruby one I ordered will be sexy without looking trashy.

My balayage turned out super nice! Nothing like the pics I had posted however. He didnt want to bleach the tips of my hair again saying it would damage it. So he lightened my hair instead.



This pic doesnt do it justice though. Its lighter than that and more golden in person but doesnt seem to show in pictures.

I dug through my closet and actually found something tucked away that I bought years ago. Its not my favorite dress but its cute and formal-ish (knee length but with cute sequins). Im just going to go with that lol.
