When someone comes out and says "so and so celebrity touched me 20 years ago," how exactly can something like that possibly be investigated (unless said celebrity comes out and says "yeah I did it")? --- Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros. It usually isn't. 99% of the time it's taken to court as a civil suit and the person being accused settles out of court to avoid having their name smeared across the news for weeks and their career ruined over a baseless accusation.
