Still not done since I had to go to bed but

I'm actually happy with how Lapis up and left, since it makes total sense for her character. There were a lot of complaints from the theorizing side of the fandom that her plotline or character development never got any sense of conclusion. Now we know why, because it indeed, did not conclude. I feel like after that, people should not underestimate the writers. They know what they're doing.

Now I'm on episode 4 of the batch of episodes and is it just me or is that flower in the kindergarten the spitting image of a Silent Princess from BotW? Let's see, episodes take around 9 months to make, and they're known for putting in references, so yeah, it's possible.

2. Will former Mayor Dewey wind up working at the Big Donut?
3. How far did Lapis actually go? Last time she left she got as far as the silo near the barn. Maybe she's on the moon, or Mars.

Also kind of wished that gem monster poofed Peridot, only because I'd like to see her reform with a new look.

Pearl covering her mouth when she was trying to talk to Steven in the second episode was just the same as when Pink Diamond was brought up. Which leans me towards Pearl having been Pink Diamond's.

Eh i understand her. I mean trapped for a thousand years or so, then force fusioned and trapped for more underwater while in fusion form.

Yeah, this is a vital step in giving Lapis some character development and resolution of her issues. I think this'll be great for her in the long run.
