Heard something about a decent way to supplement exercise/weight loss is to eat within certain windows, as opposed to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I heard between 11AM and 8PM is good.

It absolutely works for losing weight. But it works because youre calorie restricting more so than some magic that is happening while fasting.
I eat one meal a day. Find your maintenance level and just eat less than that. I find it easier to manage it during one large satisfying meal. My maintenance is ~2,000 calories (at 218lbs). I try not to get over 1,500 per day/meal. Its pretty easy to stay under and still gorge. For example my go to meal at Hardees is a double cheese burger, a chicken sandwich, fries, lemonade, and a cookie. That meal is about 1,320 calories. Its plenty to fill me up and I have calories to spare. I can eat three McRibs which is right at 1,500 calories, and still lose weight. The first three days are by far the hardest. Its going to be the three most miserable days of your life. But, once you get past those three it gets easier. And once you get past two weeks its nothing at all. Youre only hungry during the day because you trained your body to be hungry during the day. It expects food at certain times. When you stop eating during those times your body adapts and learns that it gets food at the end of the day instead of throughout. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I hope you aren't just having huge 1500 calorie meal fried gut bombs the entire time. one thing ive noticed with intermittent fasting is if I eat healthy, I have awesome poops. But if I start eating a lot of junk I get really loose slurry like poops. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
