19 y/o Tara Serino was brutally murdered as Tucker said he killed her cause she refused to marry him after he proposed to her on Halloween and she revealed to him that she had Sex with OTHER MEN and made an offhand remark to him to "just kill her"... That rejection made him snap and he proceeded to choke her from behind before snapping her neck and then poked her eyes out and beat her with a MACHETE and a 25 pound weight plate!! He then wrapped her body in a rug and fled to Illinois He was stopped at a truck stop after he tried to break into a farmer's combine machine with the farmer INSIDE.. Christopher was acting strangely as he was taken to a psychiatric evaluation.. Fred Serino, Tara's father told he police he last saw his daughter passed midnight on October 30th promising to tell her parents that she would call but she never did. Fred told police to make a welfare check and that's when they made the shocking discoveery. Christopher was arrested 5 days before the arrest for a DUI and drug charges but was released from jail after posting bail on October 27th.
