Swifts laywers respond and threaten legal action against said site and writer and attempts to silence them.

They take the letter from Swifts lawyer to ACLU who, following their consistent stance in these matters, support the writers stance against Swift. Mind you ACLU have defended literal neo Nazis and supremacists rights, and recently.

Think of all the articles and such about public figures which state all sorts of fake bullshit about them.
