Picked 5, but 4's characters and scenes are better. Think 5 has the better story, S.Links, and actual gameplay though. And its not like 5's characters were bad- they're mostly pretty close to 4's in likability.

Rise will forever be my favorite Persona girl tho

That is true but P4's was worse

P3's ending sequence is one of the best in all games, down to its final scene

The Izanami stuff is pretty whatever (though it does have the best final boss theme in the series), but I like the normal ending of P4 a good bit.

For endings I'd go 3 > 4 > 5. 3's is really strong and 4's is pretty great. Depending on where you start from 5 has some great stuff too, but it was painful seeing them stuff actual friendship and hanging out into the last 10mins when they sadly ignored it nearly the whole game.

Golden > 5 > P3P > Innocent Sin > Eternal Punishment >>>>>>>>> 1

1 is garbage. The rest are worth playing.

If 5 gets a really good rerelease it could pass Golden.
