Morning wagies, it's Halloween! Hope you got a nice business appropriate costume picked out to wear for work in order to boost office morale! Mr. Chad Alpha is coming as Flash Gordon, Speedo and all to show off his 650lb squat-chiseled legs. You can't wear one though, the women would find it offensive. He can do whatever he wants because his dad is the CEO, while you spent years at college with your nose in the books, sacrificing social outings in order to maintain a high GPA so you could get even the smallest chance of landing an interview when you graduate and do a year of unpaid internship before even sniffing 30k a year, if they didn't tell you to take a hike after that year that is.

Be sure not to make Sandy the secretary mad, she can make your life a living hell since she has been with the company for 30 years and knows exactly how to ruin your day if you cross her in the slightest. Better bring her a whole bag of candy so she will be sure to "remember" to forward calls and get you messages on time.

It's only Tuesday but hey, that's one more day closer to that glorious Friday night when you can rip open that new video game you've been thinking about all week and spend 40 hours over the weekend trying to drown out the pain which is your life with a bottle of whiskey and the basking glow of your TV screen, reliving the sweet sweet childhood memories when you actually had dreams of being a successful adult with a wife, kids and a job you love going to.

TC, where do you work at and what do you do?

Hospital as a unit tech (nurse assistant). I clean up shit, get peed on, change sheets, help give baths, measure bodily fluids and pick up/roll 350lb people for 12 hour shifts.

I don't envy you at all. I used to work patient transport and had to be exposed to that on the regular. I also know that you nurse aids do a lot of work for minuscule pay (at least where I worked). I sincerely hope that you're appreciated where you work.
