I'm a bit surprised that Deku is a 15 seed while All-might is much higher. Hasn't it been pretty established that main characters are always the strongest even if they seem a bit bland compared to their ensemble?

Goku, Luffy, Light, Yusuke are considerably weaker than Vegeta, Zoro, L, Kurama for example. Naruto and Ichigo are probably too weak to make it in. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
