That sounds horrible. Worst thing I ever experienced was a drug induced psychosis. It was basically like a panic attack with delusions/hallucinations. I just remember feeling like I was going insane. I remember it initially felt like the onset of a panic attack. I had that feeling of dread and it felt like everything was closing in on me. I decided to start counting slowly until I felt better. Then everything went horribly wrong. Instead of starting my counting at "1" my brain skipped directly to the number "7." The number 7 became the only thing my mind could think of. Every time I closed my eyes, it's all I could see. I felt like I needed to throw up. I was sweating excessively and started pacing back and forth. I remember feeling like I was losing my mind and that it was going to be permanent. In reality it probably only lasted about 5 to 10 minutes. Not fun.

Wow, these are some really bad trips. The worst thing I ever had was an ocular migraine a few months ago, and that was only 20 minutes of a strobe light effect out of the side of my vision which was a little disconcerting, and a weird cracked mirror/lightning bolt shape in the front of my vision. When it happened I thought I was having a stroke, but I read online that it's pretty common to get one.

The last time I smoked weed 6 months ago (and I mean the last), it felt like my entire brain was flickering on and off. My vision was actually going at a good 2 fps, and all of my other senses felt the same. I couldn't think in between the flashes. I was also having the worst panick attack.

It was so terrifying I'll never smoke weed again.

For some reason I pulled out my phone and recorded it. I was just babbling incoherent paranoid mumble, but I was also moving in a really unnatural way, like my whole body was suffering from lag and I'd just freeze every half second completely.

Fun stuff, Mary j, but not for me.

First, y'all weak af

Second, after rereading your post it sounds more like you were tripping from edibles. Did you eat anything at the party that could have had thc in it? If you take more than 100mg (even 100mg) you're in for a ride and if you don't know it's coming/how to handle it you're gonna have a bad time.

Ive had some that I legit couldn't talk for a solid 20 minutes. I'm sure I could have, but in my mind talking wasn't an option.

Sounds like you didn't know it was coming, but you really have to start low and find your preferred dose. You also have to be careful with homemade/sketchy edibles. The dose could be way more potent then they say.

If I did it again, I'd probably be better off. Sometimes it takes you places you don't want to be, sometimes it wants you to completely let go and you just don't want to.

The problem is you can't really get off the ride once you're on it, and that makes it five times freakier when you're trying to fight it.

Yeah the first couple times you smoke you'll feel a bit paranoid and unsure if you're okay.

That's just your mind opening. Ride it out and after a few times you'll be fine.

I bet this never would've happened if you weren't taking topomax though. That stuff is pretty whack. My girlfriend stopped having a myriad of problems once she got off of it. Migraines are handled via other less intrusive means now.

How does your deductible/copay compare to how it was before Obamacare?

It's not the same because before I was on parents plan and they had really good health care through the state because my dad worked for a state prison.

Non motor seizures can cause changes in any one of the senses. People with non motor seizures may smell or taste things that arent there; they may hear clicking, ringing or a persons voice when there is no actual sound; they may experience a sensation of pins and needles, numbness or pain; they may have a sensation of spinning or floating in space; they may have visual hallucinations and describe the symptom of seeing things that are not there, for example a spot of light, a scene with people. They may experience illusions distortions of true sensations. For example, they may believe that a parked car is moving farther away, or that a persons voice is muffled when it is actually clear.

i always thought epilepsy and schizophrenia were very similar
the smell part strikes me as a nervous reaction to toxic gases that humans evolved with sort of...

i dunno man best i can say it make sure you're getting the right food and not pigging out on non-essentials

Migraines can also sometimes act like seizures... non motor seizures usually

alcohol is a common migraine trigger

can't really answer the TC's question but just wanted to say I feel really sorry for epileptic people. i've known many and it always looked like it really sucked, one kid nearly got in trouble in school because apparently the teacher never read his file and thought he was just acting up and was yelling at him threatening to send him to ISS. knew another that kept being accused of taking drugs because he had a seizure at a party, and the EMS and police just seemed convinced it was drug related. and several other. only knew one dude who seemed to live a half way decent life with it, he smoked weed every day though and swore it had kept him from having a seizure for over 17 years. his doctor ended up telling him "I can't legally condone it, but do what you gotta do"
