When I say something to customer support, they just tell me it will be there in the next two days and to wait on it. Like, I know Amazon wants to act like I pay 80 bucks a year for Prime for their streaming service. But I don't. I could really give two shits for their streaming stuff right now. Quite a few games I ordered for release date delivery arrive three days after release and the ones that didn't usually arrived a day after release. I told them what happened and if they could do anything, since formula isn't something they accept returns for. They told me that they will just credit my account for the full amount and I don't have to ship it back to them.
