I simply thought it would be fun, that's all, as perhaps at least one person will discover a commonality &/or discover a new interest via reading through the opinions of others. Feel free to have a tendency to list & comment on your own choices &/or add runners-up rather than flame others.

Overrated:

Game: "The Legend of Zelda" [NES] Comments: Is it the best Zelda game? No...Well, what about the best game on the NES...? Surely you jest...Okay, well surely it is the best Zelda game ON the NES, right? You're close...[Runner-up: Final Fantasy VII]

Movie: "Blade Runner" [1982] Comments: While I realize there could be scores of possibilities for movies an individual could elect as choices to fall into a category of overrated movies were they to spend sufficient time, I simply chose one that I watched recently. Pros: Rutger Hauer; the concept; if you plan to watch the sequel. Cons: Harrison Ford's character does little other than get his ass kicked throughout the movie; slow pacing; weak romance angle.

Music: "The Beatles" Comments: Yeah, I said it...Influential & historic? Sure; however, I simply don't like 95% of the tunes & thusly shall take The Rolling Stones as my old-school, historic band from England.

Underrated:

Game: "Castlevania: Curse of Darkness" [PS2] Comments: Probably sitting close to where it should be as far as rankings here go; however, it gets the vote simply due to me not hearing many reviewers mention it when discussing the series. As for myself, I feel it has a good action-RPG thing going along with nice graphics & a good story (sadly, I am currently unable to recall how well I felt the music to be), yet will say I seem to recall my main beef with the game being the main character's slow movement speed.

Movie: "Solaris" [2002] Comments: This may get a more lower ranking/opinion due to it being a remake of a movie which, as usual, is ranked higher (and one I shall say now that I have not seen, yet will); however, perhaps this fact gave me less of a critical eye with it & allowed me to judge it more as a "stand-alone" movie.

Music: "Poets of the Fall" [Alt Rock Band from Finland] Comments: Not much to comment here, other than they get the nod simply because I hadn't heard anyone talk much about em' before I discovered them via Spotify a while back, so check em' out if you like this sort of genre...[Runner-up: Mojave 3]
