Wasn't given a heads up or anything, talked with a representative and was told that supposedly the game company was working on a similar game and the M$ chat person was going to personally message Yukes to see if they would release the new game on Xbox 360... I contacted the Better Business Bureau friday, finally got a response from M$ today. They said they wouldn't issue a refund after 90 days...i rejected their response and sent my own reply to them.
