Shower sex is one of those things that looks really hot and sounds hot on paper, just two wet bodies right up against each other. Sounds nice.
But in reality it feels weird trying to keep your feet stable in the shower, one of you is out of the water and getting cold, the other probably, water makes a terrible lubricant despite what you'd expect and can make stuff uncomfortable, etc.

I prefer after. Never before. During CAN BE DONE, in a bathtub style shower, by sitting on the edge of the tub, and then have her straddle you, with her legs around your waist. I'm 6'5", my wife is 5'3", that's the only way we can do it successfully.
