And how many can get you at least an entry level job without a bachelor's? And I know this probably wouldn't be immediate, but there are a few companies near me that I'd love to work for eventually, like Cisco, Autodesk, and Intel.

Theres a ton out there. I'd suggest digging into a field within IT first and going from there. Did you have an idea on what you wanted to do in IT?

That. There could be wildly different answers based off of which path you take.

But, most of the CompTIA ones would be a good start. A+, Network+, Security+. If you want to go the Cisco route, I'd probably recommend the CCENT as opposed to jumping straight into CCNA.

A bachelor's isn't really necessary in IT. I say that having one.

Any idea what IT field you're interested in? Networking, Database, programming, Sys Admin, Security, etc.
