As far as I know, SKSE still hasn't been updated to 64 bit, which means there may as well not be a modding scene.

Campgrounds/Frostfall are broken on Xbone thanks to a recent update (which just so happens to contain Bethesda's new Survival mod available for purchase through CC). I think it's the same deal with PC but there may be a fix available

It's taking off now.
SKSE is in it's Alpha now. I'm running it and it's stable, alongside SkyUI being out in it's alpha. I've been able to port over mods like Immersive College of Winterhold after running it through the creation kit, unpacking bsa's and using Nif optimizer. So you can wait for mod authors to convert mods over to SSE or do it yourself. Mods like immersive creatures have already gotten their official SSE release on Nexus. ... Copied to Clipboard!
