yeah nothing really, it survived fine when PC gaming was just a niche. well one set of events would happen, PC elitist would cry for awhile, but they'd eventually quit and we wouldn't have to deal with the "pc master race" assholes anymore. i'd only feel sorry for those PC gamers who actually manage to not be snobbish about it.

i'd like to amend my original post and say piracy would probably go up with people emulating console games on PC, I wouldn't say it would skyrocket though as plenty of people already do that sort of thing, but im sure some of those who prefer to only play legally bought PC games (but can't stand consoles) would eventually break.
