You're the green car that wants to turn left. The yellow cars are parked.

I had to go through an intersection like that every single day to go to work a few years ago. It was hell because the street I was turning into was a 35 mph zone so most cars were going around 40 or more.

The parked cars basically hid both lanes from view so it was near impossible to see the cars coming unless you were already halfway in the intersection, and then if someone's coming at you at full speed you have to retreat, then try to inch in again, then retreat, etc.. Sometimes you could get a glimpse of incoming traffic by looking through the windshield of some of the parked cars but it wasn't always possible.

It was just a nightmare during busy hours, especially when you have a small sedan and many of the parked cars are vans or SUVs that completely block your view

There weren't really any breaks without cars because on both sides the nearest traffic light was further away

First thing I would do is see if there is another route and if not I would see if there is a way to make a right turn

Assuming thats a one way street based on how you drew the car.

I would make the turn from the opposite side of the lane but angled so no one can try to pull up beside me.

That way I have the best angle for looking at that first line of cars.

pull forward until I can see but not past the parked cars.
once clear proceed to turn.

Yellow cars are parked?
Use them as an extension to your road. You get into the intersection as far as the yellow cars allow you, being able to see by their left side instead of through their windshields.
