Yoga is pretty legit dude. It's harder than it looks. Then again I'm not flexible like at all but it's a nice exercise routine for sure

Flexibility is like the one thing I've been good at. Though it's been obviously harder after putting on some weight. Your boy can still do full frontflips into the pool. Though a lot of that is psychological. Then again, there's a psychological aspect to not having your muscles tense up when stretching.

Front flips are easy for me. I'm nowhere near as good with backflips (i tend to "land" on my stomach). There are these places that are all bouncy and padded that I've always wanted to go to so I could try out stuff without being scared.

I'm too terrified I'll snap my neck no matter how high I am when I start rotating. Being paralyzed is too big of a fear of mine to risk it.

Lol paralysis would be a pretty extreme result if you botch a flip in a place like rebounderz. They'd be out of business. I'd say the most you'd get would be a sprain, and that's only if you suck that much at turning that you wouldn't even land on your back. Though there's freak accidents I'm sure.

But yeah, it's a pretty common fear. I just got over it when I was really young and got taught how to flip properly.

It took me forever just to forward roll properly in jiu jitsu.

First time I was shown how to backwards roll while another dude has my neck in a guillotine choke with one mistake leading to a breakI wanted to walk out the class.
