Does it make it easier to bump the trigger or something?

The recoil causes the trigger to get pulled by your finger, thus imitating full auto.

Think of it like bowling with bumpers.

It's like shooting a gun with a bumper on the back of the trigger. It's cheating. A human finger cannot emulate what these devices do. The more a person can fire = the more he can kill/the more damage he can do. Simply put, these devices allow for more damage.

It's a bump stock it moves so recoil helps move the finger faster.

The sheer size of the group is the largest contributing factor to the kill count, honestly.

There's no way to make it not sound grim as all hell, but he honestly would have taken more people out by just lining up his shots one by one as they scattered.
