The combat is really boring, like they wanted to make it more action focused but still be menu driven so they created this shitty in-between where you're just pressing X to auto battle until the things die.Occasionally you press another button to make everyone do different stuff while auto battling and it's just a boring time. There's actually less player involvement than the ATB system had. The characters are pretty weak too. None of them are even likable, and then when they finally start getting better the game ends.
