Urg. 14 episodes left to go. I vaguely remember FMA:B only being 40 or so episodes, not 64. Also, it took until almost episode 20 to pick up, which would have made me drop just about any other show had I been watching it for the first time. So that was frustrating.

The show still isn't quite as good as I remember but still pretty good though. Guess that nostalgia for you.

or maybe the show just isn't as good when you already have a pretty good idea of what happens. idk, i've yet to fully re watch either FMAs

Eh. I think it's more that I'm noticing some of the minor plot holes, the fact that they're shoving everyone in the final fight even though they have no business being there, and in the first 20 episodes the writers kept saying, "Hey! This person that we introduced at the halfway point of this very episode just died. Feel sad for them!" Sure, I remember them from the other series, but that doesn't mean I felt sad or anything for them, even through the "Ed... ward..."s.

Also a lot of character stupidity. Especially in the beginning episodes.

One of the plot holes that is really annoying me right now is the fight between Greed and Wrath. C'mon Greed. You started that fight, you could have just fully covered yourself in your 'ultimate shield' before you started the fight and he literally wouldn't be able to touch you.

Anyways, I've got 7 more episodes to go, but I'll probably end up finishing them tomorrow.

I thought wrath's ability was to be able to pinpoint any weakspots and attack them? still BS as an ultimate shield shouldn't have any, but I coulda swore thats how that got explained away.

Maybe, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he can strike them, especially if Greed keeps up the offensive. I mean, regardless, it's a whole lot better than only covering your hands and arms in it. Not sure what the point of leaving your entire rest of your body exposed is.

maybe the manga explains more. like perhaps it lowers his mobility. brotherhood was supposed to follow the manga more from what I understand. thats just speculation though, I only ever read the first manga

Parts of it have, though trying to figure out where those parts fit is a bit like deciphering the Voynich Manuscript.

Well, there is fan localizations, but you still have to order the game from Japan and then install the localization. They don't sell any of the games digitally either.

Well, that's for the core games anyways.
