Patient was awake with some light sedation and a bit of pain relief beforehand. About a 5mm incision in the scrotum, and no suturing required. I was warned by the doctor that, even with the local anesthetic, it would feel like being punched in the balls 3times in a row, harder than any nutshot I've ever felt. They asked me if it hurt and I said something on the lines of it feeling like a jack hammer on my balls. I told the male tech that this was a mistake and to never have it done.
