I don't like electric cars. :u they're too quiet. There is no vroom vroom from the engine, and when you stop at a light it feels like your freakin' car died. I think I'd rather just get a car with good fuel economy than an electric car.

At some point it will be so much more expensive to own a gasoline car than an electric one. It's not that far off either. They have tiny maintenance costs compared to gasoline cars I've heard, also cheaper to "fill up" the tank, AKA recharge the batteries, compared to the gasoline equivalent.

The main constraints now are that they are still more expensive upfront, but as production volumes go up that will change. Also there are still some issues with charging and people not wanting to have to wait around and stuff, but I think they will be able to solve that with faster charging.

Isn't that what they did in "The Dilemma"?

Me? I like the idea of a ninja car. K.I.T.T. had a stealth mode that greatly reduced its engine sounds.
