Gonna be completely alone. It's a converted studio off the main house, which has 5 units. It's also got its own 2nd floor patio balcony. I'm very excited. 650 sqft, rent is $635 including water, gas, and garbage. I'll have to pay electric.

Congrats man. I moved into my first apartment like 3 years ago. It was awesome and the time has went by insanely fast since then.
