Damn, it's a little more delicate in smaller quantities and leaves less room for mistake. I have experience though, good luck and hope it turns out good.

I'm mainly making sure my sanitation techniques are good and I get alcohol. If it tastes good, that's a bonus. This is practice, might consider making apple cider or legitimate wine if it goes well.
