MrTacoBell 09/24/17 4:04:54 AM #1:	Admittedly I've been out of the loop for a long time, but I remember new phones (iPhone, Galaxy, HTC) being sold for a serious discount off the MSRP if you had an upgrade -- usually on the order of $99-$199. Now new phones are sold with a payment plan of 2 years which eventually add up to the full price -- $600-800. When did this happen? Are deals like that still available periodically? --- "Have you ever been outside before?
