If you want 4k/60fps you most likely have a pc set up already or will have one.
Casuals aren't going to fork over 500 for a console generation that has MAYBE 2-3 years left.
Xbox fanboys already bought one, Maybe even two iterations of the console, and unless they're loaded, probably won't be buying another.
Also the fact that most people don't even have a 4k tv or monitor to even enjoy this system at it's fullest capacity.
And Xbox doesn't really have many great exclusives so there really isn't a selling point there unlike Nintendo or Sony, especially Nintendo, that offer great exclusives. Hell i bought a ps4 specifically for MLB the show.

So who is the One X even for?
