As far back as I can remember, I've had this thing in my head that tells me really disheartening things, like how people probably don't like me, or that they all talk about me behind my back.

It's not there all the time, just whenever that sort of feeling starts creeping in. And all this time I thought everyone went through that.

It's not really a thing that happens often. Just when I feel alone among a group of people. And that's not very often

We all have that voice in the back of our head, some people say it's your conscious, but bojack voice is to extreme to be consider normal. I feel like it's to the point of paranoia or schizophrenia.

maybe not everyone but a lot of people do. I used to be like that. it was a hard battle but I eventually made myself stop giving a fuck what others think unless they hold some power over me like a boss.
