Most NFLers fail in the CFL because it's a different game.

That being said, the TiCats hold his rights. Yes, that team that hired that Baylor coach that enabled/encouraged gang rape committed by his players.

Because he's good enough to play for an NFL team and a group of owners have said (although anonymously) that this isn't about talent. Tom Coughlin, despite the owner of the team he works for sayin he'd be ok with it, flat out rejected the idea of giving him a look and refused to explain why, only to bring on a guy who isn't nearly on Kaep's level

You had the ravens saying they were taking in fan opinions before making a descion on him...lmao what?

Name one team that would be legitimately better by adding Kaepernick to it, based on nothing but talent.

Dude's not in game shape, doesn't understand offenses not tailored to RPO's, and can't read a defense.

Add in the fact that most teams that have shitty QB play also have shitty offensive play in general - that means the team would STILL suck, AND they gotta deal with Kaep's bullshit on top of it.

If he didn't suck - and he does, there's no legitimate argument against that - he'd have a job. Period.

Uh, yah. He knows the guy, obviously liked something about him. And his current coach was his college coach, so again the coach knows him and knows that Nassib knows the playbook.

This whole kaepernick situation would be a lot better if people supporting him knew what they were talking about.

Isn’t it weird to anyone else that only 1 person that’s knelt is no longer in the league. Almost, like that has nothing at all to do with why Kaep isn’t in the league.

"Why don't teams dump QBs for slightly better QBs?" isn't a good take tbh. You'd do better arguing for the teams who just picked up new garbage starters over asking why a team that just signed Flacco to a 3 year contract extension with a lot of guaranteed money doesn't want to go after someone who is comparable.

Because let's be fair here. Kaepernick isn't a tier above Flacco.

I don't have any argument about the Bills, 49ers, or Jets.

But Kaep isn't better than Andrew Luck. And if you're pointing to them because Luck is injured right now, yeah, the earlier person's point that he'd have to be a back-up for them would still be true.

Andy Dalton is also ahead of Kaep in most important metrics if you look at 2016-2017 stats.

The only effect adding Kaepernick would have on the first four as far as team performance is earning them a shittier draft pick

Bengals I'll reserve judgment on for a couple more weeks and the Colts are far better with Andrew Luck than Kaepernick

None of those TEAMS would be improved by Kaepernick. MAYBE a few would have a slight improvement at QB, but he can't run their offenses, so they'd still be shit. Not worth the headache.

Also, his inability to read defenses and run a traditional pocket passer offense are well documented.

True, but there’s been zero backlash towards the people doing it now or did after Kaep. Zero. Wouldn’t there be just a tad bit of backlash towards them because of that if kneeling really was the problem. And people did it before Kaep, he definitely wasn’t the first. So remember that as well.

He ran his mouth and in life sometimes that comes back to bite you in your ass. You can either accept it and move on, or you can bitch about it and blame other people.
