....star wars movies, oh yeah i'm not including the last jedi director.....colin treverrow? cause almost no one has seen it yet outside of the people who have worked on it probably.

There's also the dudes who did Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Lucas didn't direct those.

George Lucas was always a competent director. It's just his writing and revisions that sucked inexcusably.

But that said, the guy from Rogue One is by far the best director the series has had. That sense of scale in the Death Star dish placement scene was better than everything else in the series combined.
