about how muslims and radical islam are spreading all over Europe, how there's riots, sharia courts, and how "cops can't even go to certain cities/parts of cities anymore!"

then the European folks come in and are all "Er what?"

My fav was when Le Pen lost (badly) and they were having a meltdown about it, and treated it as though France would be taken over by ISIS

Well I mean there's people living in the US who feel the same about the US (though I guess swap radical islam for BLM and antifa gangs rioting in every major city as though these idiots are some insurrectionist paramilitary organization)

anyway there's stupid people everywhere, so I'd trust the majority of Europeans as opposed to the few who may like to embellish

The majority of those Europens that defend Islam also like to conveniently ignore issues like sex trafficking where the perpetrators are almost always Pakistani men. Some even go as far as saying that they wouldn't criticize them since they don't want to be racist.

I'll take their word with a grain of salt and stick to statistics and video evidence.

There are some legitimate concerns about the entrenchment of Muslim ghettos and increased radicalism across Europe (as well as the far left's unwillingness to even engage in discussion about any of it), but I really get a good chuckle reading some Americans commenting on it like we're all afraid to exit the house lest the Sharia police stone us for our decadent western morals.

There's truth to this. Events like Rotherham don't happen when everything is just fine. I don't typically complain about PC culture going out of control, but Rotherham was seriously an issue of PC culture going out of control.

You had the town's leadership, police force, and social services turning a blind eye to hundreds of little English girls being raped, abused, and threatened for years by Pakistani men. Because they didn't want to be called racist or give fuel to anti-muslim sentiments. They would literally rather let little girls be raped than go after an actual middle eastern rape gang. What's worse is they'd discipline social workers that tried to help and go after parents that tried to intervene for their children.

Rochdale apparently had it's own issues with a Pakistani rape gang too.

It might not be quite as bad as "Europe is crumbling as we speak", but we shouldn't ignore problems related to middle eastern Muslim immigrants. And I don't think we should assume Europeans who say it's fine are necessarily completely accurate when some European countries seem to have strict controls and social pressure regarding what is and isn't okay to talk about, especially with the political Left. Like the "Opinion Cooridor" in Sweden: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opinion_corridor

But take my statement with a grain of salt. I'm just an American who hears about these things second hand.

Actually, his statement isn't assumptive or hyperbolic. He is alluding to a specific event regarding the British town of Rotherham where an actual Pakistani rape gang spent years raping, abusing, grooming, and trafficking young English girls. And the town's government, police, and social services deliberately did almost nothing to address the issue. Nearly 1500 teenage girls were raped and forced into prostitution by Pakistani-British men for decades. And excerpt regarding the report about it:

Published in February 2015, the Casey report concluded that Rotherham Council was "not fit for purpose".[175] Casey identified a culture of "bullying, sexism ... and misplaced 'political correctness'", along with a history of covering up information and silencing whistleblowers. The child-sexual-exploitation team was poorly directed, suffered from excessive case loads, and did not share information.[176] The council had a history of failing to deal with issues around race: "Staff perceived that there was only a small step between mentioning the ethnicity of perpetrators and being labelled a racist."[177] The Pakistani-heritage councillors were left to deal with all issues pertaining to that community, which left them able to exert disproportionate influence, while white councillors ignored their responsibilities.

The only contentious part of his post is the assertion that most Europeans who defend Islam would ignore this event. Though some might turn a blind eye as did the Rotherham government.

Which was exactly where he assumed and used hyperbole. I can just as easily say that the majority of Americans who defend the 2nd Amendment conveniently ignore mass shootings. Which would be complete and utter bullshit.

I see. When your issue with his post seemed to be about him not posting evidence, I figured your claims of hyperbole and assumptions was regarding the sex trafficking of English girls by primarily Pakistani men being mostly ignored by the political Left out of concerns regarding suspected racism. Which, in the case of Rotherham, it certainly seems to have been.
