My opinion used to be option #7, but lately I've been trying to accustom myself to it & use it in more stuff; it's grown on me & it definitely brings out the flavor in a lot of sandwiches & other dishes, but I'm still kinda grossed out by it in large quantities.

I love it, but I can't eat anything with soybean oil anymore. Feels bad.

Awesome Sauce is pretty good too.

Have you looked into making homemade mayo at all? I don't think soybean oil is actually that essential of an ingredient...

I'm too lazy. Tried some alternatives with canola and olive oils, but it ends up tasting more like Miracle Whip without the seasoning.

You should attempt it at some time; it seems like it would be easy enough to make even for someone who doesn't do much cooking.

Not a huge fan of it, but it does have its place.
However, when I went to France this summer, their mayonnaise was so good, it was my favorite food from the trip. We put it on boiled eggs and it was so creamy and good. Like. Woah.

Housemade mayo in general is so much better than store-bought; normally if I put mayo or a mayo-based sauce on a sandwich I can only handle it in thin layers, but if I go to a restaurant that makes their own mayo from scratch I'll order their sandwiches as they are instead of asking for the mayo on the side.

Ah, I suppose you can't go wrong w/ just pepperoni. Pepperoni + onion pizza is one of my favorites.

It's good but not good on its own. Some condiments are just good on their own. Like, I could have ketchup, ranch, blue cheese, some mustards alone, but mayo is not good on the own.
