My friend was telling me about it. What you do is have a tic-tac for breakfast, a tic-tac for lunch, and then for dinner you have a glass of water (no tic-tac).

She told me that's how she got her summer body back.

exercise more, and make sure you're counting them to keep your consumption low, just counting them does nothing =P

Measure thigh circumference. Drop 300 calories to 1500 calories for a week or two. Measure thigh circumference. Take action accordingly.
