35 y/o Charisha Gobin, a mother who is heavily pregnant with twins was turned away at a Washington Steakhouse by staff because they said her Crop Top VIOLATED THE HEALTH CODE!!

She is 7 and a half months pregnant and went to Buzz Inn Steakhouse in Maryville with her mom and sister wearing a black crop top with a long white skirt with her bare bump hanging out..

She already has 4 kids and was horrified when a waitress told her her outfit violated the restaurants "no shirt, no shoes" dress code stating I"m sorry but you can't be here with this shirt"

After being denied, she went to social media to complain sharing her outfit with a post that said "I was just denied service at the Buzz In for my outfit. I'm violating the health code"

Hundreds have jumped to her defense and slammed the restaurant and staf as one person said "Absolutely ridiculous! You're violating the health code but some chick can go in with booty shorts is just fine. Bulls***. Do they know how hot it is outside and how pregnant u are?"

Charisha felt like she was being punished for being pregnant and said "Just because my belly was bigger and sticking out. But had it been anyone else, i don't think there would've been a problem whatsoever..I was wearing a shirt, it had sleeves. I didn't even have any cleavage showing. It's pretty ridiculous i was shamed in the first place and had to drive across town to eat"

However, others defended the waitress and sided with the staff and they were right to deny her as one said "You were right to refuse thsi woman service!! Pregnancy is a beautiful thing but exposing yourself this way in public, especially in a restaurant is just so completely and totally inappropriate!!"

Another said "While at a restaurant i don't want to see anyone's belly, man or woman, pregnant or not. just put it away. You aren't at home, you're in public"

The restaurant apologized and said the waitress who has been there for 20 years since she was just using her best judgement as they describe them as a great employee and apologized for the misunderstanding

Kind of trashy, but also kind of hot.

While there really isn't much wrong with what she was wearing, the restaurant can do what they like.
The amusing part is there are few higher spending customers than pregnant women so if the place was quiet they would have been best served letting her stay and just mentioning the policy quietly for next time.
