Trying to gain weight since being perpetually skinny is getting dull. I can't eat nearly enough to reach the required 3000 calories a day... Could I make up for some of that with a Weight Gainer?

If you're not actually lifting weights you'll just end up skinny fat, so not really worth it haha.

I do go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week, but it's mostly cardio and stuff, I don't want to end up having my muscles being a 2nd job..

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 whole banana
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
- an ice cube or two to make it cold

then blend that shit up and drink the entire thing. i used to have this every time i'd finish lifting weights, helped me get from 150lbs to 160lbs
