Survival. The game is meant to be played with very scarce resources. Spartan is just a damage bump iirc.
If you prefer the run and gun playstyle then go spartan I guess. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Whatever the default is. Unless you wan the game to be a lot more scavengery. On normal mode you will have tons of military bullets and filters unless you go nuts.
