When I got Diablo, I liked how they animated the black sphere to bend like liquid as Diablo threw it down at the enemies, and I loved the sound it made. Tonberry was funny, and Eden was incredible. Then FFIX had a few summon animations that practically topped those, too. Specifically, Ark. After that, they didn't have anything over-the-top awesome like that, again.
