In Zone 2 there's a really weird loop that's hard to stick to if you don't have enough Spin.

its pretty easy to me mainly because of the lack of bottomless pits compared to old games. Classic sonic gets a lot easier when you realize you can just press down while going fast and you'll cannonball through 80% of enemies and stage hazards

Get all the chaos emeralds by the 2nd Zone. Then just Super Sonic that shit to the end.
