MegaTech 08/27/17 8:30:56 AM #1:	I've been doing it for about 8 months now and I've never looked better. You don't have to actually fight anybody or spar. Just do the workouts and the training. Punching a heavy bag is so cathartic it's like therapy for your mind, body and soul. You're fairly close to me right? Like one town over. There should be a bunch in the outer DC area. The one I go to specifically is in Gaithersburg. I pay 90 a month for unlimited use. I'm sure the gyms vary in what they provide/cost. I still have a regular gym membership because my boxing gym doesn't have as an extensive selection of free weights and machines. I will most likely be moving to a closer gym when my year contract is up in November. I actually signed up on Black Friday because gyms have black Friday specials too? Lol. I'm not too familiar with kickboxing but I'm sure the workouts are very similar. Just kicking instead of punching. I'd say go for it.
