I've only encountered one, but it was one that froze the game when I was on my way to the fucking final boss. Like I replayed it since, and it froze at a point literally seconds before the final boss.

I got two.

After a bonus stage the music wasn't playing. I killed myself so it would play again. Playing Sonic without music is weird.

When I finished it the first time the credits froze. That didn't matter as it still recognized I beat the game.

Glitches and Knuckles

I ran into a few "stuck in wall" glitches but was able to jump out of them.

The weirdest glitch I ran into by far was on a special stage I jumped onto a ring bubble that was above a pit and the game decided I "fell" even though I didn't and it was like "off course" and trying to do the game over except the stage wasn't registering Sonic falling off the bottom so it kept going zooming out on the spot I fell and I couldn't see where I was going or anything.

CE literally called Arkham Origins one of the worst games ever because it was a little buggy.

They also are notorious for shitting all over New Vegas because of bugs.

I've had the music cut out halfway through a level. There's also the Home button delay bug on Switch.

If I really wanted to troll I'd just talk about how Sonic games have always been glitchy medicore games so this shouldn't be a surprise.

This is just me pointing out that CE always goes to extremes when it comes to glitches.

Eh not surprising. The games it's following in the footsteps of had their share of glitches as well. I remember getting a fair few freezes in Hill Top Zone of 2, some weird gravity warping/jump glitch I could trigger in Oil Ocean, occasionally going too fast and phasing into solid matter and becoming stuck in...3 mostly I think, and sometimes just breaking the game with Hyper Sonic.

Dude there was a glitch for awhile that the game would just immediately crash every time you went to The Strip unless you wore a specific hat, and I had to force myself to conclude the story before I wanted to because the usual Bethesda-style code entropy that plagues their games (while Bethesda didn't make that game, those who did were still using Bethesda's garbage to make it) was making it nearly unplayable with how much chugging and crashes it did.

I softlocked yesterday on the final boss, then restarted, then botched the fight and lost my last life. Had to do the whole zone all over again.

But as much as the game has pissed me off, that glitch just made me laugh. It was my own fault I had to do it all over again, since that boss fight is actually pretty easy.
