I honestly think the Bushes are down to earth. I have worked as a consultant for the Bush Foundation for about 3 years now and all the Bushes I've met genuinely care about this country and the people. They just aren't great politicians.

Jeb, in particular, was incredibly genuine when I met him the first time and managed to remember some details about the conversation I had with him the second time I spoke with him.


Jeb is the nice but kind of slow guy you want to wave at when you see him at IHOP every weekend getting the same thing he always gets. How he ended up in politics is beyond me, because he's clearly not cut out for it.
