Before I was somewhat indifferent to being social and outgoing, social interaction didn't mean much simply. Now I desire it like never before but I don't have the proper skills cultivated to forge a real relationship with people. I think what a beautiful day to go to the beach but realize I have no one to go with, so I sit at home unfulfilled and afflicted. I simply never had the feeling that I was missing out because I didn't care but now I care, I care a lot

I always do it whenever I'm caught in a particularly bad dry spell. It forces me to go out and get a girl basically, because I don't give myself any other outlets for release. I have next to nothing for social skills either, but something just takes over and you basically go on autopilot. It sounds like bullshit, but it's a totally weird phenomena that I can't really explain. I just find myself taking more risks and saying and doing things I normally wouldn't if I was still deeding every day.
I'd say placebo but I did it way back before "nofap" even hit the Internet as any sort of movement, so there was no reason for me to think there would be any result other than wasting less time and having to clean up less "messes."
